Interested in poker? Want to find out how you stack up against other players in your area? Don't want to go broke learning the game? Then the Stars-n-Bars Poker Series is perfect for you!

Stars-n-Bars is the best free Texas Hold'em Poker series around, and it's different! Stars-n-Bars was started by poker players, for poker players.

Playing with Stars-n-Bars Poker Series is easy. Find a region close to where you live, and find a scheduled game in your area. Show up to that venue about a half hour before the first game starts, and fill out a short registration form. Then sign in for the tournament, take advantage of poker night food and drink specials, and have fun! We give away nightly prizes, quarterly prizes and an annual Grand Prize! All for free... no entry fee whatsoever!

You'll receive an ID number when you turn in your registration form to our Tournament Director, and you just sign in for that and all future tournaments with that number. The ID helps us track you as a player. Every time you play, you accumulate points based on how you finish in that tournament. Win a nightly tournament, or accumulate enough points, and you'll qualify for our next Regional Tournament.

Regional Tournaments are held every few months, and the winner of that tournament wins a cash prize! We give away lots of other prizes at our Regional Tournaments too, so be sure to play often and qualify.

Once a year, in every region, we hold an Annual Tournament. Winners and the top points earners of the Regional Tournaments throughout the year are qualified. This is where we award our big prizes, which can be anywhere from a cruise package for two, all the way up to a buy in to the next World Series of Poker Main Event!

So, just because it's free and not in a card room doesn't mean it's not worth anything. With all the nightly prizes and cash, and all the trips we give away, why play anywhere else? After all... if you're not playing for anything, what are you playing for?
